it took me some time but here it is

The downside of rebuilding a new website is that if the original website could not be reached there is now way of entering it so instead of filling up the contend right away I will finish the website for as far that it is needed to go live within a short time

so I have been working on the site and mainly the content
however there is still a lot of stuff missing
